- Order details: the video links you submit, the services and quantities you choose, and your order history.
- Payment details: payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We don't store your full card number.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Messages: anything you send to our support email.
How we use it
We use your information to run your account, process orders and payments, deliver and support the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We may also email you about your account and orders. We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the providers we need to operate the Service, such as payment processors, hosting and infrastructure, analytics, and the suppliers who fulfill orders (who receive the video link, not your personal details). We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and users.
