Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Viral Type Beats website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What we do

Viral Type Beats provides promotional services for music creators, such as views, likes, shares and comments on YouTube and other platforms. To fulfill orders we may use third-party suppliers and networks. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Google or any other platform. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement. You must give accurate information when you sign up.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for everything done through it. Keep your login details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We don't need your YouTube password and will never ask for it.

4. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. A change doesn't affect an order that has already been placed. You add funds to your account balance, and orders are paid from that balance. Taxes and payment-processing fees may apply. Account balance is for use on the Service and can't be transferred to another person. Orders can't be changed or cancelled once they've started, so please check your link and quantity before you submit.

5. Delivery

Start times, speeds and quantities are estimates. Orders usually begin soon after they're placed, but delays can happen because of queues, supplier availability or platform changes. If an order isn't delivered as expected, our Refund & Refill Policy applies.

6. No guarantees, and platform risk

We don't guarantee views, plays, streams, sales, income, rankings, monetization or any other outcome. Results shown on our website, including the case study, are the founder's own reported history and are not a forecast. Platforms such as YouTube have their own rules about promoted or artificial engagement and enforce them at their own discretion. That can include removing views, limiting a video or taking action against a channel. By ordering, you accept that you are responsible for how you use the Service and for any effect on your content or channel. We are not responsible for actions taken by a platform.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to order only for content you own or have the right to promote. You agree not to use the Service for anything unlawful, or for content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringing or misleading. You agree not to abuse, resell without our permission, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service. We can refuse or cancel any order that breaks these rules.

8. Refunds and refills

Refunds and refills are covered by our Refund & Refill Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Payment disputes and chargebacks

If there's a problem with an order, please contact us first. If a payment is disputed or charged back without contacting us, we may suspend the account and withhold any remaining balance while we look into it. Where the order was delivered as described, we may share order records with the payment provider to respond to the dispute.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account if these Terms are broken, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if we're required to by law. You can stop using the Service, or ask us to close your account, at any time by emailing us.

11. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, income, reputation, data or opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim relates to. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover us for claims, losses and costs arising from content you promote through the Service, or from your breach of these Terms or of any law or platform rule.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where Viral Type Beats is operated from time to time, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that place, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
